How do I put my club's name into the chants?

Open Setup (the slider icon at the bottom of the left rail), type your club name under "Your club" and pick your two colours. Every chant updates immediately.

I can't hear the drums.

Check the volume, make sure no other app is holding the audio, and press Play again. Interface sounds follow the silent switch; drum playback does not. If a phone call or alarm interrupted playback, just press Play once more.

How is my tap-along practice scored?

Each tap is compared with the nearest bass-drum or clap hit. Within 45 ms counts as Perfect, within 100 ms as Good, anything later or earlier as Late or Early. Bank a session after at least 8 taps to add a day to your streak.

Can I edit a library rhythm?

Library rhythms stay as they are. Tap "Copy and edit" to make your own copy, then tap cells to cycle off, hit and accent. Rename or delete your copies from the menu in the top corner.

How do I turn a photo into a tifo?
  1. Go to Tifo and tap New tifo.
  2. Under "Start from a photo", tap Camera or Photo library.
  3. Pick the card colours you want to order; fewer colours give a bolder result.
  4. Tap Create, then refine the design with the brush, fill and block tools.
How do I get the card count and seat plan?

Inside the tifo editor the Card order panel lists cards per colour. Use the menu in the top corner to share the seat plan (row by row), share an image or save the design to Photos.

I'm not getting away-day reminders.

Make sure "Remind me" is on for the trip and that notifications are allowed for Betifosa in iOS Settings › Notifications. Reminders arrive at 19:00 the evening before and five hours before kick-off.

The camera button says the camera is off.

You declined camera access earlier. Open iOS Settings › Betifosa and switch Camera on. You can always pick a photo from your library instead.

Does Betifosa need an internet connection or an account?

No. There is no account and everything works offline, even in a stadium with no signal. Your data stays on your device.

How do I move my designs to a new phone?

Data is stored on the device and included in your normal iPhone or iPad backup. Restoring that backup to the new device brings your designs, rhythms and trips with it. You can also share tifo images and seat plans before you switch.

How do I delete my data?

Setup › Your data › Erase everything removes all designs, rhythms, trips, photos, bookmarks and settings from the device. "Reset terrace record" clears only streaks, honours and practice stats.
